The Big Day
Today is the day someone is going to take me home, I can feel it in my bones! Not my actual, physical bones, but the ones I've been chewing all day. I can't wait to sniff them and lick them and - oop, my tail's wagging so hard I just knocked over my water bowl and now I'm all wet. At least I think that was my water bowl - - Hard to tell I'm so excited!

I hope to get adopted by a family. Oh, that would be so great. With kids that'll take me for walks and sneak me food under the table. And a yard... just a little piece of grass to mark as my own. And maybe a dog house. And a piano. I've always wanted to learn.
